Payments are required to be paid in full on completion of banners.

Payments can be made by either cash, credit card or direct deposit.

Orders need to be placed A.S.A.P. as they are dealt with on a first come basis, especially during the busy periods such as Finals.

Postal orders will not be posted until payments including postage are received in full. Footy Banners W.A. takes no responsibility in postal delays due to delayed payments. We always endeavour to post banners on time taking into account postal delivery times. Footy Banners W.A. takes no responsibility in delivery times, once banners are in the hands of Australia Post.

Cancellation of orders may be subject to a recovery cost fee for the time and product put into the order prior to cancellation. Footy Banners W.A. reserves the right to request a deposit prior to making a banner as we see fit. Banners completed on or prior to cancellation will result in full invoice costs to be billed to the customer.

All logos, emblems (club, business, sponsors) maybe subject to copyright by their respective owners and as such may not be available for public use or display.

We reserve the right to refuse anything that may be discriminative or offensive to be put onto a banner. Footy Banners W.A.

 takes no responsibility/liability for breach of copyright after sales/supply, where logos have been added to banners that have been purchased from, or supplied by Footy Banners W.A. without permission or written consent from us the owners.

No products that we supply may be altered re-sold or modified in any way.

All banners are to be used at own risk! Footy Banners W.A. will not take responsibility or be liable for any incidental damages, injury to body/personal injury (including death), damages to property or damages or defects caused by misuse or abuse of the banner.

Footy Banners W.A. has the right to use photos of banners for the company website for advertising purposes.
